From classic button-through cardigans to cropped, longline and oversized shapes, zip cardigans and knit coats, we develop cardigans around the details that sell them: placket, buttons or zip, collar, pockets and length. As a cardigan manufacturer in China, we knit from 3GG to 16GG in wool blends, cotton, cashmere blends and textured fancy yarns.
Trims are part of the development, not an afterthought. Buttons, zips and labels are confirmed with the first sample, and the washed sample shows how the placket and front hang before bulk production. The standard MOQ is 300 pcs per style, from 50 pcs per colour, and your labels, hangtags and packing can be added for private label programmes.

Which cardigan styles can you develop?

Can we use our own labels and packaging?
Yes. Neck labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, barcodes, polybags and cartons can carry your brand, from the first sample or at the pre-production stage.
What is the minimum order?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pcs per style. You can split it across colours, from 50 pcs per colour, and across sizes; multi-colour jacquard and intarsia need 80–100 pcs per colour. Smaller trial orders are welcome at a higher unit price.
How long do sampling and bulk take?
The first sample is normally ready 3–5 days after the details are confirmed, and revised samples follow in 1–3 days. The sample fee is 1.5× the FOB unit price and is credited against your bulk order. Bulk production takes 30–40 days from approval of the pre-production sample and colours.
