Ordering

Minimums, sizes and quotations.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 300 pcs per style. You can split it across colours, from 50 pcs per colour, and across sizes. Multi-colour jacquard and intarsia need 80–100 pcs per colour. Knitwear MOQ explained →

Can I order fewer than 300 pieces?

Yes. Sampling and trial orders under 300 pcs are welcome. Smaller orders carry a higher unit price, and we quote according to the quantity. Knitwear for startups →

How many sizes can one style have?

Up to 15 sizes per style. We knit to your size chart and grading, or use ours as a starting point.

Do certified or dyed-to-order yarns change the minimum?

They can. Dyed-to-order and certified yarns usually have a yarn mill minimum of 25–100 kg per lot, which can affect your order quantity. Certified yarns guide →

How long is a quotation valid?

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, as yarn prices change over time.

Sampling

Samples, fees and what to send.

How quickly can I get a sample?

The first sample is normally ready 3–5 days after the details are confirmed, and revised samples follow in 1–3 days. For jacquard and intarsia, a knitted swatch is normally ready 2–3 days after we receive your artwork, and the garment sample follows once the swatch is approved. Sampling →

How much does a sample cost?

The sample fee is 1.5× the FOB unit price, and it is credited against your bulk order.

What do I need to send to start?

A tech pack, a sketch, a sample or reference photos. A single reference picture with your colours and changes is enough to begin. See a case study →
