Design input
Tech pack, sketch, physical sample, reference photos or mood board.
Sweater sampling
Share your design direction, commercial target and timing. We review the details, build the first sample and refine it into a production-ready specification.

Knitwear sampling
A sample is where a knitwear idea becomes a specification. We knit your first sample in our own factory in Jiaxing, on computerized flat knitting machines from 3GG to 16GG, so gauge, stitch, weight and hand-feel are judged on a real garment. First samples are normally ready 3–5 days after the details are confirmed, and revisions follow in 1–3 days.
For jacquard and intarsia, we start with a knitted swatch, normally ready 2–3 days after we receive your artwork, to check scale, colour balance and floats. Lab dips match your Pantone references or swatches, and a washed sample confirms the final size and hand-feel. The sample fee is 1.5× the FOB unit price and is credited against your bulk order.

Sampling example
You don’t need a full tech pack to start. This buyer sent one reference picture with their colours and changes; we developed the jacquard and knitted the first sample for their comments.
